Association of Business Women in Serbia has celebrated 20 years of service at the Madlenianum Opera and Theatre. The most successful female entrepreneurs were awarded by the “Success Flower”, as well as companies with the finest model of women inclusion in supply chains by “The Most Gender Sensitive CSR Model” award.
Among the 118 winners from the previous years, 19 dragon ladies entered the final selection. “Success Flower” award was given to Ljiljana Karaklajić, the owner and CEO of “Dexpress” Belgrade, Dr Jasmina Knežević, the co-owner and CEO of “Bel Medic“ General Hospital, Belgrade and Gordana Đurđević, the co-owner and CEO of “Slovo”, Belgrade.
“The Most Gender Sensitive CSR Model” award is a part of the “Be Equal in the Value Chain”, a mutual project of the Association of the Business Women in Serbia, Coordination Body of Gender Equality and the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Acknowledgement goes to large companies that apply the 5th women’s empowerment principle by United Nations, with the best model of the inclusion of women in supply chain. This year’s winner is “Delta Holding” company, Belgrade. The shared second place received “Ikea Serbia”, Belgrade and “AVON Serbia” companies, while the shared third place received “Vip mobile” and “UniCredit bank”.
