The Association of Business Women supports the “equal opportunities” concept for both women and men. Our commitment is to build partnership relations with our male colleagues because we can secure the right place and role of women in economy and society only if we join forces.
On this path we have support by ever growing number of our male colleagues, intellectuals, scientists, experts and eminent businessmen who are supporting our projects, initiatives and activities.
This is the way to express our gratitude to these eminent individuals but also to institutions and organizations that are supporting us, as well as to successful women who contribute by their reputation and results to building a good image of women from Serbia worldwide.
Individuals
Prof. Dr Djuro Kutlača
Graduated engineer, Head of the Centre for Research of Science and technology Development with the Institute “Mihajlo Pupin”, lecturer at domestic and foreign universities in the field of information and communication technologies, management of development, human resources and innovations. Lecturer who received the highest mark by entrepreneurs at the seminar “European Charter for SMEs – a Package of Knowledge and Skills for a Business Trip to EU”. Married to a well-known harpsichordist Svetlana Stojanović, father of a harpsichordist and a student Maja. He claims that women are his driving force, both at work and in his private life.
Danijel Pantić MSc
Co owner of the consulting company European Consulting Group specialized in EU projects and executive search services – search for managerial staff for leading domestic and foreign companies. Through his contacts, information and expertise in designing and implementing projects by EU standards, he has been supporting the Association of Business Women for years. Both in the company that he is managing and in his family he is surrounded by women, without whom “his life would be much more complicated”. He is married to Sanja and has two daughters, Anja Angela and Lara, and due to them, he says, he ahs become a fervent advocate of the “equal opportunities” concept.
Milan Knežević
Film and theatre director, graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering as well. Eminent name in our artistic life, who realized more than 700 programmes of duration longer than 15 minutes for all our TV companies. Although he has been a free-lance artist all the time, he experienced great fame with his documentary and feature films, which won important acknowledgements and awards. For four years he was the Artistic Director of the March Festival of Documentary Film. He is the owner of the magazine “Planet” dealing with popularization of science and research. As a member of the Rotary Club of Belgrade he initiated the “equal opportunity” struggle, however, due to momentary failure and rigid attitude of the membership he leaves the Club and transfers to Metropolitan, where he continues to work on changes, in a better environment, of even this humanitarian organization, for which tolerance and breadth of vision should be logical form of behaviour. Milan is married to Dr Jasmina, Director of the General Hospital Belmedic, of which the two of them are co-owners.
